Mac Baren practices value-based management.
Management at Mac Baren is not a precise science and there is no set answer book; rather, management policy is based on common sense, openness and a high degree of freedom to act within the framework, goals and values with which we identify.
This places considerable demands on managers, who must lead through example, ongoing competency development, their ability to understand, formulate and accept individual and joint goals, coaching, and not least the ability to manage by virtue of their personalities. What we say is what we do!
Management skills are not granted per se; managers are expected to acquire them.
